#5x – David Day

ABOUT

David Day’s racing career started in 2009 when he moved up from Lake Havasu City, AZ to Portland, OR to race around the west coast with his brother. The following 6 years were spent racing bigger events and sporadically hitting local events in their #30A BMS IMCA modified that was purchased by long-time family friend and west coast legend, Bob Forster Jr.

After the 2015 season, it was decided to buy a new chassis and start a new build with his wife, Alanna. After moving to Lafayette, OR, they bought a 2016 GRT from Drager Performance and took 4 years to build the new car. This is the current car with the old BMS chassis still available as a backup.
